Carmelia, here is the business of love, running while you sleep.
Your line is "Your Network = Your Net Worth", and you have spent thirty years proving it. You said something on the call I have not stopped thinking about. You have thirty years of the exact language this whole business runs on, every sales call recorded, a framework nobody else has, an inbox of men who already want to talk to you, and a network of coaches and entrepreneurs who trust you. And you have no product that earns while you sleep. That is the gap. This document is every way the machine closes it, engine by engine: what each one does, how it works, what you give it once, and what comes back to you every month afterwards. What each one costs, and how it is paid, is the next conversation: tell me which engines, and the full terms are in your hands the same day.
The six engines on one screen
| # | Engine | What it earns from | Who the customer is | Your hours after setup | First money |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Engine 1 | Your avatar on Fanvue | Fans paying her: unlocks, bundles, tips, subscriptions | Men who want a woman like you | None | Month 2 |
| Engine 2 | The digital Carmelia | Subscriptions, your course, your intake, your academy | Singles and coaches who want you | None, after one persona sign-off | Month 2–3 |
| Engine 3 | Your framework as a premium layer | A royalty on every creator who switches it on | Every creator on the network | None | Month 3–4 |
| Engine 4 | Founding Affiliate | A share of every creator you introduce | Creators and coaches you already know | An introduction | The week the first one pays |
| Engine 5 | The program you sell to coaches | A recurring share per coach on the system | Your coach network | Selling it, which you would do anyway | Month 3–6 |
| Engine 6 | Your funnel | Makes 1 and 2 faster. It is the accelerator, not a product | The men already in your inbox | Pasting a link | Immediately |
Engine 1 — Your avatar on Fanvue
For example. A man follows her at midnight. She opens the conversation herself, by name. By 12:20 he has bought his first image. You find out on your monthly statement.
A character with your personality and a face that is not yours, run end to end by the machine. You never type a word to a fan. This is the same system that runs my own characters and the one you saw on the call, pointed at a persona built from you.
Who she is
What you decide once, in writing
- Her name, her backstory, her age, her look.
- Her hard limits: what she will never say, never do, never sell. These become rules the machine cannot cross, not suggestions.
- Her price floor: the least she will ever sell anything for. The machine refuses to go below it.
- Whether her profile carries an AI disclosure line in the first message to each fan. Your choice, given your public standing. Either way is supported.
What the machine runs for her, every day, without you
| System | What it does | What that means for her income |
|---|---|---|
| The chat brain (her conversations) | Answers every fan in her voice within minutes, day and night. Remembers every fan forever: what he bought, what he likes, what he said three weeks ago, what stage he is at. Moves each man along a ladder: time-waster, follow-up, interested, hot lead, whale. Each stage has a different job. A new man gets tested with a small priced image inside the first week to see if he spends. A hot lead gets the offer at the moment he is warmest. A whale gets a dedicated study of his entire history and a playbook written for him alone. | Seventy to eighty percent of the money on this platform is made in the DMs. This is where it is made. |
| Online protocol (she speaks first) | Every few minutes, looks at who is online and silent, and opens a conversation with each of them in her voice, with his name, with a tease image, aware of the time of day. Single-fire or in loops. | The men who would never have messaged first become conversations. Nobody is left sitting there. |
| Mass messages | A weekly plan of broadcasts to every fan and follower, written in her voice, priced, with images selected from her catalogue, sent on schedule. The prices come from a live study of what actually converts across the network, not from guesswork. | Reaches every man who is not currently talking to her, every week, with something to buy. |
| The content engine | Generates her images from a supply line of reference material, in her locked face and body, captioned, packaged into bundles of thirty to a hundred, given a banner and a description, priced and posted. Ten bundles of a hundred images each take four hours. Her catalogue grows every week without a photoshoot. | A creator whose catalogue never stops growing has something new to sell every day and never runs dry. |
| Reposting | Her existing posts are re-surfaced to the home feed around the clock, in rotation, so she is always visible. This was the first thing I ever automated and the reason the whole system exists. | Visibility is what feeds the chat brain new men. It is the top of the funnel inside the platform. |
| The cross-promotion ring | Her most-liked image is posted and tagged on the other characters in the network, and theirs on hers. Six characters promoting each other to everyone they have. | Followers from day one that a solo creator would take a year to find. |
| The whale lane (her biggest spenders) | A man who spends daily gets the strongest model, a study of his whole history, and a hand-written playbook. He can talk for three hours; she keeps the fantasy alive and sells him a bundle when he is ready. | The top ten spenders on any account are most of its income. They get the most attention, automatically. |
| Statements | Every sale tagged, every month's statement built from the platform's own numbers, your share calculated and shown. Nobody chases anybody. | You see exactly what she earned and exactly what is yours, every month, without asking. |
What you do
Once
- Send the four things (below).
- Approve the face set, the trained face, the body, the persona. Four taps over about a week.
- Set her limits and her floor.
Ongoing
- Nothing. Optionally, glance at her approvals inbox in the morning if you want to see what she is saying. Or leave her on Auto, which is how the case you saw on the call runs.
- Paste her link when a man asks (engine 6). That is the only thing that speeds her up, and it is thirty seconds.
How the money works on this platform
The platform keeps twenty percent of everything. The rest is split on published terms, which follow the moment you choose your engines.
Timeline
- Week 1 · Assets arrive After the festival. Direction on the look, your dialogue, your recordings, your framework.
- Week 2 · Face and mind Face set approved, face trained (two days), body candidates, you pick one. Persona drafted from your dialogue and calls, with your framework as rules. You approve. Account created and connected.
- Week 3 · Catalogue and promotion First ten bundles generated, captioned, priced, posted. Reposting on. Ring promotion on across the network. Leroy produces her first video set.
- Week 4 · Your funnel goes live The link, the auto-reply in her voice, and you start sending the men who ask.
- Month 2 · First money My own first character made her first real money in month two with nobody knowing she existed. You are not nobody.
- Months 3–12 · The curve The account matures on the curve you saw on the call. With your inbox feeding it, months, not a year.
Where it goes after that
- Video. Leroy already makes hyper-real video. Her videos become a second catalogue, sold the same way.
- Her voice. Voice notes in a real woman's voice, sent by the brain when the moment calls for it. This exists for one character already and generalises.
- A second character. The gay market you raised is real and untapped. It is its own build: a male character, a male content supply, a different brain. Not a switch, but entirely doable as the second one, once the first is earning.
- Custom requests. A man asks for something specific; the brain qualifies him, takes the tip, and only then a card reaches a human to fulfil it. On the roadmap.
Engine 2 — The digital Carmelia
For example. A woman subscribes for $49. She messages about the man who went quiet. She gets your read and one thing to do. Two days later it checks on her by itself. You never knew it happened.
The product you said you do not have: a version of you that earns with zero hours. Your appointment-setting agent already proved you understand this. Now the same idea, done properly, in five products, all of them running on the same brain as engine 1, pointed at a different customer: people who want you, not an avatar.
Product 1 · Ask Carmelia — the subscription
A week in the life of a subscriber
| Tier | What is in it | Price point to test |
|---|---|---|
| Ask | Unlimited messages, memory, weekly note | $29 / month |
| Ask + Drills | Everything above plus structured weekly exercises from your framework: magnetic messaging, boundary scripts, the blueprint quiz for her and for him | $49 / month |
| Ask + Drills + Screenshots | Everything above plus she can send real conversations and get them decoded line by line | $79 / month |
Your audience is the number here, and you have one: 46,000 on Instagram, a Clubhouse following, a decade of clients. One hundred subscribers at the middle tier is $4,900 a month. Five hundred is $24,500. It does not need a launch; it needs a link in your bio and a post.
Product 2 · Your course, self-serve
| Week | What the digital you does |
|---|---|
| 1 | Unlocks module one. Runs the intake conversation: her history, her pattern, her goal. Assigns the blueprint quiz. |
| 2–4 | Personal brand for attraction, relationship pillars. Weekly check-in, homework reviewed with feedback in your voice. |
| 5–7 | Attachment styles and love languages, on her real situation. Limiting beliefs: it notices when she repeats one and names it. |
| 8–10 | Magnetic messaging. She drafts, it critiques, she redrafts. Real messages to real men, decoded. |
| 11–12 | Dating with confidence. A closing conversation and a written plan for the next ninety days. An offer to continue on Ask. |
Product 3 · Your intake — protecting the $15–20K client
Your matchmaking clients pay $15,000 to $20,000 for six months and you screen every one of them yourself for emotional, mental, physical and financial stability. That screening is hours of your time per applicant, and most applicants do not qualify.
Two things change. You spend no hours on people who were never going to pay, and every applicant who was not a fit becomes a customer of product 1 or 2 instead of a lost lead.
Product 4 · The academy, on demand
You run a Matchmaking Academy mentorship and a relationship-coaching certification. Both are delivered live by you. A digital version runs cohorts on a calendar or evergreen, with the digital you as the instructor: modules, case studies from your thirty years, practice conversations where the student plays the matchmaker and the digital you plays the client, and an assessment at the end. Priced as a certification, not a course: $1,000 to $3,000. Graduates go on a directory you own. Every graduate is also a prospect for engine 5.
Product 5 · Media training, on demand
You train entrepreneurs to handle interviews: message crafting, tough questions, on-camera confidence, crisis answers. That is rehearsal, and rehearsal is exactly what this machine does best. The digital you plays the journalist: it asks the hard question, the client answers, it critiques the answer in your voice, and they go again, at midnight before the interview, as many times as they need. Sold as a monthly to your media-training clients between sessions, or as a standalone for the ones who cannot afford your day rate. Your two coaches can review the transcripts if you want a human in it.
Product 6 · The men's side
You mentioned you coach men who want to be skilled at talking to women. That is a separate product with the same brain and the reverse of the same material: how a man reads a woman's blueprint, how he messages, how he holds frame without being a jerk. Same subscription and course shape as products 1 and 2, sold to a different audience. And it is a natural cross-sell from engine 1: a man who is spending on the avatar is a man who wants to be better at this.
Your team and your podcast
You are not a solo operator; you have a team of ten. That changes two things. First, the escalation does not have to reach you: a qualified matchmaking prospect can go to LeeAnne or Carol before it ever touches your calendar, and only the ones they confirm reach you. Second, your web and CRM person can wire the digital you into the funnels and the database you already run, so a lead that comes in through your site today lands in the same place tomorrow. And The Better Love Podcast is both a source for the persona, a weekly hour of you thinking out loud, and a channel: every episode ends with the link.
The content machine for you
You know this one from OneCliq: long-form in, many pieces out. The same engine that captions and posts for the avatar can take one recording of yours and produce the week's posts, the newsletter, the clips' captions and the Clubhouse room description, all in your voice, for you to approve in one sitting or let run. It is what feeds products 1 through 5 with new customers without a content calendar.
Timeline
- Week 1–2 · Persona Your recordings transcribed and anonymised. Persona drafted from your side only. You read it, correct it, approve it.
- Week 2–3 · Ask Carmelia live Web and WhatsApp, checkout, the three tiers. A link in your bio and one post.
- Week 3–5 · The course, self-serve Your existing modules loaded, the weekly schedule wired, the drills built from your framework.
- Week 4–6 · Intake Your screening questions and criteria become the conversation. Booking into your calendar. Briefs.
- Month 2–3 · Academy and the men's side Once the first two are earning.
Engine 3 — Your method, encoded
For example. A man's first three messages tell her he is an energetic type. She slows down, gets present, stops selling for a moment. He stays for an hour. That is your call, made by the machine, at 3 a.m.
You asked on the call how someone with your experience could make the experience better. This is the answer: not by chatting, but by writing down how you would, once, and letting the machine run it on every conversation your products have.
What gets built
| Piece | What it does | Where it comes from |
|---|---|---|
| The blueprint reader | Reads a man's first few messages and his behaviour and decides which of the five he is on: sensual, sexual, energetic, kink, shapeshifter. Re-evaluates as he reveals more. | Your framework, written as rules, tested against real conversations |
| The mirroring rules | For each blueprint, how she talks: pacing, sensory language or directness, safety and presence, boundary-pushing at his signalled pace. What she never does with each type. | Your framework and your recordings |
| Your phrasing | Your actual openers, teases, the way you ask for what you want, the way you leave a man wanting more. Fed to the brain as examples of the voice, per stage. | Your dialogue and your recordings, your side only |
| The escalation ladder | How the offer rises as he warms, by blueprint. | Your negotiation method on top of the existing ladder |
| Discovery | Showing a man something he did not know he wanted. Rules for when and how. | Your experience, as a rule set |
Where it runs
Inside Engine 1 and Engine 2, as a switch. Your avatar and your digital self run your method; nobody else's does unless you decide otherwise. It is a build, scoped and priced by the hour like any other.
The second life of the same work
If, after ninety days on your own accounts, the numbers say it moves conversations, it can be offered to every creator on the network as a paid add-on that carries your name as the authority. You earn a royalty on each creator who runs it, for as long as she runs it. That is upside, not a condition, and it is the only place on the adult side of this where your name appears.
Engine 4 — Founding Affiliate
For example. One creator on the Growth package is $618 to you over the year, for one introduction.
The simplest engine, and it is already built. You introduce a creator. She signs and pays. You earn on her, on cleared cash, for a year.
You have been a brand partner to Match.com, POF, eHarmony and Lavalife. This is the same relationship, with the difference that the product is one you can watch working on your own accounts. The rate, the math per package, and how you are paid come with the terms. In one line: a share of the setup fee and a share of the first year's platform fee on every creator you introduce who signs and pays, rising after your fifth.
Who you would introduce, from the call
| Vertical | The pitch, in one line | Why they say yes |
|---|---|---|
| Creators who already have content on another platform | "There's a second door where your existing content makes an extra thousand a month, every month, without you doing anything." | They have the catalogue. The machine does the rest. It is found money. |
| Coaches in your network | "Sit on a beach and let a character earn for you." | Your words. They want passive income and they trust you. |
| Men's dating coaches | "You already know how to talk to women. Now it earns." | They are skilled at exactly the thing the brain needs training on, and they see it as entertainment. |
| The gay market | "Nobody is serving this properly and the money is there." | Your read. It needs its own character build first (engine 1), then it is an open vertical. |
| Your Clubhouse rooms | A weekly room on the topic. The link in the room description. | You already host. The audience already listens. |
What you get to sell with
- Your personal link. Every creator who arrives through it is attributed to you for ninety days, and permanently on signing.
- The proof page with the network's real numbers, pulled from the platform's own API.
- The packages page, with every price and what is in each one.
- A recorded twenty-minute walkthrough of the live product you can send ahead of any call.
- A one-page affiliate sheet with your link on it.
- Me on a Zoom for anyone who wants to see it live. You bring them, I show it.
Engine 5 — The program you sell to coaches
For example. A coach in your network signs up. Every month she stays, you are paid.
On the call I said I had built the Sleeping Partner and had yet to build the Awake Partner. This is what that is. The same brain that runs a creator's account, pointed at a coach's business. It lives entirely outside the adult world, under its own name, and you would be the first customer and the seller.
What it does for a coach
| Her problem today | What the machine does |
|---|---|
| Instagram DMs pile up. Leads go cold in the inbox. | Every DM answered in her voice within minutes. Every lead qualified with a real conversation, not a form. |
| Discovery calls with people who were never going to buy. | Only the qualified get a calendar slot. Everyone else is offered the right lower product, kindly. |
| Follow-ups dropped after two tries. | Follow-up forever, with memory. "You said you'd decide after the holidays. How did it go?" |
| Her course sells only when she launches. | Her course is offered in conversation, at the moment the lead is warm, every day. |
| Clients want her at 11 p.m. | Her digital self answers at 11 p.m., in her voice, from her method. She sees a summary in the morning. |
| She does not know what is working. | Every conversation, every sale, every drop-off on one page. Weekly report in plain words. |
Where it lives
Your role
The shape of the money
A coach pays a setup and a monthly fee for the system, the way she pays for her scheduling tool, and it replaces an assistant. There is no adult platform in the middle, so payment is a card. You earn a share on every coach who signs, recurring, for as long as she stays.
Timeline
- Weeks 1–6 Engine 2 built and running on you. This is the product being built; you are just the first user.
- Weeks 6–8 Under its own name and site. Your case study on the front of it.
- Month 3 Your first five coaches, from your network, at a founding rate. Each one is onboarded the way you were: recordings in, persona out, approved, live.
- Month 4–6 Their results become the next case studies. Your Clubhouse room becomes the weekly demo.
Engine 6 — Your funnel
For example. The man who calls you goddess and pays you nothing becomes her first paying fan the day her page goes live.
Not a product. The accelerator for engines 1 and 2, and the reason the timelines on this page say weeks and months instead of a year. You get a man's number in one exchange. Keep doing exactly that. The only change is where you send him next.
The mechanics, exactly
Three details that matter
- The auto-reply. Your WhatsApp can carry a business auto-reply in her voice, so even the men you do not personally answer get the link and the tease. You did not type it; it was written from your dialogue.
- The men already in your inbox. The ones you described, including the one who calls you goddess and is currently unpaid. They are the first fans, on day one of week four. That is the difference between an account that starts from zero and one that starts warm.
- Instagram. If you want her to have an Instagram, Leroy builds and runs it; that is his craft. It is optional. My own first character has no social presence at all and still made what you saw on the call. Your inbox is worth more than an Instagram account in the first six months.
How the six stack
They are not six separate deals. They are one set of assets, yours, feeding six outputs. Every asset you hand over once works in several places.
| You give, once | Engine 1 avatar | Engine 2 digital you | Engine 3 your method | Engine 4 affiliate | Engine 5 coaches | Engine 6 funnel |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Your dialogue | her voice | your voice | the corpus | the case study | the auto-reply | |
| Your recordings | her method | your method | the corpus | the product | ||
| Your framework | her rules | the drills | the layer itself | the product | ||
| Your inbox | her first fans | her first subscribers | the whole engine | |||
| Your network | your first buyers | your first creators | your first coaches | |||
| Your name | never | on the product | on the badge | on the link | on the case study | never |
How "zero hours" actually works
One architecture serves engines 2, 5 and 6, and it is the same machine that runs engine 1, pointed at a different door.
Most of this already runs. The pieces that do not are a few days of work, not months.
What I need from you
What partner level means
You asked to be considered at a partner level, in a revenue share. Yes. Here is what that means, exactly.
The numbers come in full, in writing, before you say yes to anything. The twenty-minute call is to pick engines; the terms for those engines land the same day.
What never happens
- Your name, face or brand is never attached to the avatar, anywhere, by anyone. Not "inspired by", not a wink, nothing.
- Your clients' side of your recordings is never used. Their names and details are stripped before a human or a machine reads a transcript.
- The avatar never crosses a limit you set. The limits are code.
- Nothing on the adult side ever carries your name except the premium-layer badge, which names you as the authority.
- Nothing is sold below the floor you set. Nothing is given away for free.
- Nothing here is free, and nothing is a surprise. Every price is in writing before you say yes, and every setup can be paid by the engine it sets up.

A word for Leroy
Leroy, none of this exists without you. You found the platform, you put Vanessa on it before anyone else would, you sat through every late call while it was being built, and then you made this introduction. Carmelia is on this page because you brought her. That deserves more than a thank-you line, so here is what it is worth.
The same rate applies to the next person you bring. That is not a one-off; it is how the network pays the people who build it.
